Ignored?

Hi bunnies :)

I found this story would be interesting to share so here goes . . .

So during class today, the teacher asked where a certain student (student X) was and I clearly stated that they were on an excursion. The teacher, however, didn't seem to hear me, sooo I shouted it quite a few times but she just kept asking the class T_T

Then another student (student Y) was telling the teacher how she didn't remember seeing that student X so I turned to student Y and repeated what I had told the teacher earlier. And did she hear me this time? NOOOOOOOO

Everyone ignored (?) me. The whole class were all talking in small voices and only the people next to me heard me. I clearly shouted it out. Then after five minutes, student Y shouted to the teacher that she thinks student X was on an excursion. =_=  *siiiiigh*

Review: Elf Eyelid Primer

Haaaaiii,

Since I'm feeling a bit better, I shall write another review. This blog seems to be mostly on reviews . . . Oh wells, if it helps anyone then I shall keep writing reviews.

So if you do know what an eyelid primer is you can skip to the next paragraph, if you don't please keep reading because it will potentially help you! If you don't have an eyelid primer, then it should be on the top of the 'TO BUY' list ! Eyelid primers are applied on your eyelids to prep them. They help:

- The eyeshadow to stay in place
- No smudging
- Higher colour quality of the eyeliner (if that makes sense)

They should be applied on the areas like your:

- eyelids (duuuh)
- inner corners of your eyes
- under your eyes (just below the bottom lash line)

Review:

So the my Elf Eyelid Primer is in Sheer in number 7501. It's in a stick package with a spongy applicator.

It has a water-based formula which spreads well on the eyelids. You have to really blend it in with your fingers or else you can see the whiteness of the primer. My lids tend to get oily with other primers but the Elf Eyelid Primer, disallows my lids to get oily so that's a good thing.

Also by using the primer my eye makeup stays in place for longer and my eyeliner doesn't smudge onto my eyelids. It's also very easy to remove the makeup afterwards so that's a plus !

My rating for this primer would be 4.5 stars, because if you don't spend a bit of time to blend it in well, then you can see the primer. But it's pretty good :) Hope this review helps.

Comment if you have any questions or comments ^^

Condition Update

Greeetings ^^

Good news ! I am finally feeling better ! WOOOO ~
My throat doesn't hurt anymore and my nose isn't runny either. I only cough (quite frequently) because my throat's itchy. The blood vessel that broke in my eye has spread to the pupil but it isn't blurring the sight or anything so that's fine. Hurrrayyy!

My voice is also better ! It's a little croaky and sounds like I have blocked nose, but at least I can actually talk~ :)

Review: Essence Liquid Ink Eyeliner

Hiyaaa bunnies :)

So not too long ago I bought an essence liquid eyeliner with a brush applicator. I bought this because I wanted to try out eyeliners with a brush applicator and I didn't want to spend too much and then I might regret using brush applicators so I purchased the Essence one because it was cheap.

It looks like this but the brush applicator is not THAT thin. It's actually thicker than that.

It's like this but mines thicker . . .

I don't like using this liquid liner because when I apply it, it makes a REALLY thick line and I tend to like the thinner and more natural look. Also the formula is really sticky and it takes a really long time to dry. So when I apply it, its thick and when I blink it's wet and sticky.

I really dislike using this for its formula and applicator. I have an Essence Eyeliner Pen that ran out so I just dip it into the brush applicator one.

Rating out of 5 would be a definite 1 star for like the colour. It only has a nice dark black colour and that's it.

SICK .

Hello Everyone !

I am currently VERY sick! I am suffering from a very bad cough. It started last Saturday and it felt like a normal sore throat that you'd get when you have a cold but then it just got worse. I lost my voice on Saturday and it was all croaky. Then on Sunday, it was still croaky and it was hard to talk.

Whenever I swallowed my saliva, my throat would hurt and it felt like I was swallowing A THOUSAND PINS and they're all piercing my throat.

This . . . in my throat :(

So on Monday when I had school my throat hurt so much so I had one of those throat lozenges and after sucking on two, it finally stopped hurting but my voice was still croaky. By the end of the day, my voice was gone. Like I had no voice AT ALL. I tried to make a sound but no sound came out.

And the thing that I felt most uncomfortable with was that when someone had just told me a joke and it was meant to be funny, I laugh but because I'm sick and no sound came out, they look at me like 'Why isn't she laughing?' I KNOW its funny but I'm sick so when I laugh no sound comes out.

I have so much to say but I can't say it because I'm not meant to talk when I have a sore throat. So instead I whisper and if I whisper they can't hear me :( Sometimes when I say it so soft, I can't hear myself but other people seem to hear me just fine and I wonder to myself, 'How did they hear that?' It's weird ! But at the same time it's cool.

Then during a self-study period today, I had a coughing fit. If you don't know what it is and you haven't experienced it then . . . LUCKY YOU ! A coughing fit is when suddenly your throat starts getting REALLY itchy and it's all quiet so you don't want to cough but you have to. Like I try super hard not to cough but my face goes red and I start spluttering.

So anyways what I did was I got up and quickly went to the toilet without running so people don't notice me. I felt so lucky that no one was in the toilet at the time, or I wouldn't have been able to suppress my SUPER itchy throat. I coughed so hard and all this mucus came up. And it felt so good to cough it all out. But then my eyes started tearing up and tears were like running down my face.

I turned to the mirror to wipe it off and I notice something red in my eye and I pull it down and I find this red patch on the white part of my eye. Turns out I had Subconjunctival Haemorrhage (I have linked a website to find out more this is when a blood vessel in my eye popped and the blood 'spewed' out? It was caused by 'violent' coughing.

On top of the sore throat and haemorrhage thing, I have a runny nose. Why does this have to happen to me? And it conveniently starts when I'm going to have a maths exam next week. *COUGHING FIT*

Being so sick and all but not staying at home resting. But am I crazy? Maybe? So I instead keep going to school. It's not like I can miss out on a day of school ! I don't want to do all that catching up so I go ! One of my close friends today stayed at home because she is very sick like me but with a different sickness. This suddenly turned out to be a rant . . .

Anyways I'm writing this while I cough and sniff away. At the moment my throat doesn't hurt but I can feel the mucus stuck in there. My nose is runny and I am so aware of the popped blood vessel that I keep checking on it in the mirror. I have also decided that, if I want my voice to come back sooner, I will stop talking. Instead I will be using a mini whiteboard to communicate with people. Which will be very annoying seeing as I write REAALLY slowly.

Hope everyone is well ^^

Review: Bourjois Paris- Volume Clubbing Waterproof Mascara

Bunnies, helloooo

I don't know why but I felt bad for not blogging for like a few days so I decided to write three reviews today to make up for it . . .

So I recently got this mascara for my birthday and it was a brand that I have always wanted to try out but I never got to because no one used it or recommended it to me so . . . I SHALL be the one to recommend.

One of the things I like about this mascara is because it has a big opening so it's easier to replace the brush back . Other mascara tubes have smaller openings thus making the formula go around the edges making it REALLLY messy.

The formula is wetter than the Australis Lash TLC Mascara but it's more volumising and it makes your lashes longer. So that's a good thing. Because the formula and brush is made this way, this mascara is good for dramatic and intense looks.

If I wear this for work, I like to only use it for when I want to make my lashes the main focus. Like everything will look super natural but just my eyelashes would look dramatic.

When I first wore this, I thought it smelt nice but maybe I smelt it wrong or something. So I smelt it again and . . . it wasn't bad. It just had a sweet chemical smell that isn't too strong.

Another good thing about this mascara is it doesn't go flaky so I don't ever have to check for mascara flakes on my cheeks but it does tend to smudge onto the lower lash line so that was a bit of a downside.

Also it says it's waterproof but I haven't tested that out yet so I'm not really sure if it is waterproof or not. But I can DEFINITELY say it's SUPER easy to remove so that's also a good thing :)

Rating out of 5 would be . . . 3 stars.

I would recommend this mascara for a dramatic look :)

Review: Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner

Hello againnn :)

So this eyeliner- wasn't my first- but it was one of the ones on top of the 'TO BUY' list. It is a must-have thing in your makeup bag.

The one that I have is in Deep Black. They also have a brown one, I don't know what it's called but it has blue and brown packaging. This is a must-have product because:

A. It has a good black colour for that dramatic or natural look

Modelled/Designed by Tsubasa Masuwaka

B. It has a VERY (and I mean VERRY) fine tip- which is great for winging out the eyes

and C. It's super easy to wash and it doesn't smudge!! DOUBLE YAY!

I love using this for a simple and natural look because with the fine tip, I can draw the most natural line everrr! I love this sooo much! After watching one of Meejmuse's videos, she said it was a must-have so I decided to buy it. It's pretty pricey in the shops because they are mostly around $35 and over but I got mine online for $15. But because it is a must-have and it's really good I think it is worth it.

Rating out of 5 would be . . . . 4.5 stars :)

It lost point 5 of a mark because it was a bit pricey HAHA
